Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience. That said, I do want to respectfully clarify that the entrées were prepared fresh, served hot, and brought out promptly as intended. Throughout the evening, I received various compliments from members of the group, and the generous tips that were given at the conclusion of service were also greatly appreciated and seemed reflective of a positive experience at the time. While I understand that individual experiences and expectations can differ, I do feel it is important to respectfully correct information that does not accurately represent the service provided.
