Chef Shane

We had a wonderful time with Chef Shane. He was incredibly easy to work with and communicated promptly. He even worked with me when we had a guest with last minute food restrictions and made adjustments accordingly. Shane was absolutely fantastic to work with and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend Chef Shane for any gathering.

Chef Shane was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! Not only is he incredibly talented in the kitchen, but his personality, professionalism, and genuine passion for what he does made the entire experience that much more special! Every single course was AMAZING! 🤌🏼❤️ Just when we thought it couldn’t possibly get any better, he somehow outdid himself with the next course! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with so much thought and attention to detail. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t absolutely love! What really sets Chef Shane apart, though, is the person behind the food. He was personable, attentive, warm, and an absolute pleasure to have around. He made everyone feel comfortable and truly went above and beyond to make the entire evening unforgettable.

Chef Shane's Coastal American menu was amazing. The dishes were full of flavor. He detailed the ingredients for every dish prior to serving. We were pleased with his professionalism and will book home again

We recently hosted a dinner party for 6 close friends. Rather than cook ourselves, we used the services of CHEF Shane from Food Fire + Knives. It was OUTSTANDING! From his communication prior to the evening to his presentation and explanation of each course, it was a 5 Star experience...and the food..incredible!! We will definitely use him again.

I host a lot of parties. Some I cook, some I cater and some is a mix, but I pushed for something different for a special 75th birthday event and hired Chef Shane through Food Fire + Knives, and was over the moon! Chef Shane was prompt, professional, easy to communicate with and delivered an EXPERIENCE. Great, amazingly prepared food accompanied by a story, history and explanation of how it was prepared made it an event - not just a dinner. My guests and I were thrilled by the beauty and taste of his Mediterranean cuisine and separately rated the experience an 11 out of 10! I will find another reason to work with Chef Shane in the future!

Chef Shane came to our house to fix a special meal for our family and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed every course of delicious and delightful food. Shane was a delight to have in the kitchen. He cleaned up everything and made us feel like we knew him for years.

I am thrilled that we had Chef Shane out during our girls' weekend. We were looking to have a dinner that was more delicious and satisfying than ordering catered food or going out to a restaurant, and Chef Shane delivered. He was an consummate professional and super communicative every step of the way--he texted me questions about our dietary requirements, gave suggestions about the menu and even sent a very helpful breakdown of which wines to get for each of his courses. You could tell that he really put his heart and soul into the food he made...he was so prepared, so eager to share his love of food with us and a perfect addition to our dinner party. Chef Shane produced an experience that our heart (and palates!) will never forget, and I will absolutely request his culinary services next time we need a talented and savvy chef.

Seriously, we had the best meal ever with Shane!!! We are both gobsmacked with the explosion of flavors!!! Thank you soooo much!!! … when you say, ‘ummmmm’ with every single bite, you know it’s a delicious meal!!

We had such a joyful evening with Shane! Thank you for thoughtfully preparing a perfect menu for us—we both agreed it pushed us to try new things but feels like something we will absolutely be able to replicate now that he has walked us through it! Shane has a natural talent for helping people feel comfortable in the kitchen. We really appreciated all of the extra tips and tricks he shared with us as well.
