I am an Organic Matter Manipulator who has lived in 4 different countries and tasted many cuisines and enjoyed various cultures. It has opened my eyes to the beautiful array of foods that we can use to create magical recipes and bring wonder to menus. It’s a joy to talk to a client and create a menu and then bring it to life, sometimes throwing in a simple cooking lesson is always a guest pleaser and happiness is one of my missions.

Menu: Autumn Feast Dinner

Chef Julia cooked a wonderful meal for our girlfriends' 50th birthday while we were in Nashville. She embraced our Dolly theme and came dressed for the occasion! The food was delicious and she went above with little details to make our night extra special. I would highly recommend using Chef Julia!

Chef Julia is an absolutely amazing chef and created a life long memory for us. She catered our anniversary dinner and it was wonderful. Planning with her was a breeze as she brought together the perfect pairings and managed to cook a 5-star meal in a cabin. Delicious food, easy coordination, and an attention to detail that made it a perfect evening. I highly recommend Chef Julia for any event.

Julia was AMAZING!!! 🤩 What an experience. I booked this as a gift for a dear friend, and I wanted it to be perfect — and Julia absolutely delivered. The food, the presentation, the vibe… everything was spot‑on. This was my first time hiring a private chef, and wow, Julia set the bar HIGH. Everyone was blown away, and I felt so proud that I picked such an incredible chef. If it had gone badly, I’d probably never do this again, but Julia made it so fantastic!

We had Chef Julia Wilson cook for me and my husband on our second wedding anniversary. She came prepared, communicated well ahead of time to build the menu with me, came with a vibrant personality and made us delicious food. We especially loved how she made everything dairy free for me & has a multi-cultural food background. We will definitly work with her again in the future!

Chef Julia was amazing. Very professional. Chef Julia stayed in communication with us before hand for any changes we may have needed to make. The food was exceptional, delicious, and fun too eat, as she made the "Chicken Fingers" to look like a hand for the kids. We would choose Chef Julia for our next experience and recommend her for others that are looking to have an great experience with Food Fire & Knives.

This is our 2nd time getting a personal chef. The first was great, however Julia's service was out of this world. We ordered her largest package and every single thing she made was perfect. We will be using her in the future when we do this again. Thank you Julia for a wonderful experience.

Menu: From Scratch - The Ultimate Hands On Cooking Experience

Julia is absolutely amazing! We hired her to prepare a special dinner for our 10-year anniversary, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. From the moment she arrived, she was warm, cheerful, and professional, instantly making us feel comfortable in the kitchen. She not only prepared a beautiful Italian meal—including Bruschetta al Pomodoro, Rosemary Focaccia, Fettuccine alla Carbonara, and decadent desserts like Tiramisu and handmade chocolate truffles—but she also took the time to teach us how to make homemade pasta. Her extensive cooking experience really shined through in every bite; the food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. What impressed us even more was how supportive and positive she was while teaching. She made the process fun, approachable, and memorable. Julia even surprised us by preparing additional dishes that weren’t on the original menu, which made the evening feel even more special. If you’re looking for a personal chef who is skilled, thoughtful, and brings a joyful energy into the kitchen, Julia is the one. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and are so grateful she made our anniversary dinner unforgettable. She cooks from the heart and it shows. We look forward to having her host future in-home events!

Chef Julia was simply amazing! Not only was the food so delicious and beautiful, but she was also very fun and so so kind. She was very easy to communicate with and exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. She made arguably the best fried chicken we've ever had, and the broccolini was out of this world. Julia is very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I cannot say enough how wonderful she was. This was our first experience with a private chef and we will definitely be doing it again, especially with Julia! :)
