What an unforgettable evening! Chef Sean created one of the finest dining experiences we’ve ever enjoyed. Every course was beautifully conceived, expertly prepared, and elegantly presented. The Spanish-inspired menu transported us right back to our travels in Spain—it was every bit as authentic and memorable as the wonderful meals we enjoyed there.
The perfect finale was Sean’s tableside garnish of the incredible olive oil cake, lovingly created by his pastry chef wife, Sara. It was a magical finish to an extraordinary meal and a detail our guests will be talking about for a long time.
Beyond his culinary talent, Chef Sean made the evening feel effortless. His calm professionalism, warm interaction with our guests, and flawless execution allowed us to simply relax and celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our closest friends.
A special thank you to Jacqueline and the FFK Concierge team for guiding us through every step of planning our private chef experience. Everything came together seamlessly, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable celebration.
