About Chef Greg

Chef Greg began his culinary journey in the Washington D.C. area at some of the most renown restaurants in the country as an executive chef. The journey continued as he traveled cross country to Wickenburg AZ to establish the towns premier fine dining and catering company with clients including The Meadows rehab facility and catered to many well known celebrities. Now located in Paradise Valley AZ the journey continues to grow throughout the phoenix area serving American and global offerings to clients across the valley.

Chef Greg was amazing! I had a group of 12 guys on a group trip. Chef helped me customize the menu with some great suggestions, even with some dietary restrictions. On the day of he arrived with plenty of time and everything was prepared and setup perfectly. The food was amazing and the whole group was complimentary and impressed. I would definitely use him again! Thank you Chef for the wonderful experience!

Chef Greg was AWESOME! This was my first time using FFK, and I would definitely use FFK and specifically, Chef Greg, again. I started planning a dinner for my wife and I very last minute (literally the Tuesday before Valentine's Day which was Friday), and I kept striking out when reaching out to chefs due to it being last minute hence no availability. I was impressed when Kim (the COO) reached out to me to offer her assistance with finding someone for me. She did just that - and Chef Greg adjusted his schedule to make it happen. That in itself was impressive, but so was the experience! The food was great, presentation was nice, and Chef Greg was super personable and fun to be around. Can't wait for the next time.

He showed up on time completely prepared with all of his food prepped and ready to go. My wife was blown away by what a fantastic evening we had. Not only was the food amazing and as advertised, his recipes were wonderful he Spoke to us and it was like having a seat at a chef‘s table at a fine restaurant. I cannot recommend him enough. The food, his professionalism and everything about the experience was great. He did 100% of the set up, cooking and the cleanup. He brought all of his own equipment and when he left, it was as though we had just come home from a restaurant, minus the drive.
