Brandon cooked for my wife's 60th birthday party for a dozen of us. We held it in the pool house, forcing him to cook in a tiny galley kitchen, but he produced a wonderful meal for us.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Chef Brandon! Every course was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The handmade mushroom ravioli was a standout. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and clearly made with care. Chef Brandon was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience feel special.

Menu: Urban Eats: A Street Food Experience

Chef Brandon gets 5 stars all around! He showed up exactly on time, was friendly, communicated clearly to confirm the menu and timing of the event and cooked us a fabulous meal! We hired Chef Brandon for a bachelorette party and opted for the family style option with 3 entrees and it was perfect! Every single bite of food was absolutely delicious with most girls commenting it was better than any recent restaurant experience. I would certainly recommend Chef Brandon to others

Chef Brandon prepare dinner for 4 of us to celebrate our friend's birthday. The whole experience was fantastic. Booking was easy, and a few days afterward Brandon reached out to introduce himself and discuss the details of our event. He was extremely accommodating when we asked to make some changes to the menu. He arrived exactly on time, prepared with everything he needed to prepare a fantastic meal. Every course was delicious and beautifully presented. The timing of each course was perfect. He also cleaned everything before he left - our kitchen was left immaculate. I would hire him again without hesitation.
