With nearly a decade of experience in professional kitchens and a lifelong passion for cooking, I bring a unique blend of creativity, organization, and customer-focused service to every meal I prepare.
My culinary journey began in high school, where I competed in culinary events and hosted luncheons, leading me to pursue formal training at Kendall College. Since then, I’ve gained extensive experience across a variety of culinary settings—from catering large-scale events at the Chicago History Museum to preparing specialized meals in senior living communities. I've advanced through roles including Bartender, Line Cook, Sous Chef, Executive Chef and Catering Lead.
I specialize in menu planning, dietary accommodations, and building strong client relationships through personalized service.
