Since graduating culinary school in 2015, Chef Katie has done a little bit of it all. Working for multiple restaurants across the state of Delaware she has been introduced to a wide variety of foods and techniques. Everything from sauces down to pasta is hand crafted to order! Menu: Where The Wild Things Are

Brought Chef Katie in for a dinner for 15 during a Bachelor party. She worked with me to customize a menu including tweaking her dishes to meet my theme at a reasonable cost. Accommodated a vegetarian as well. She arrived when she said, the meal started on time, and all courses were cooked quickly and on pace. She somehow left the kitchen spotless in seemingly no time at all despite cooking for 15 people. Guests raved about the empanadas, sauces, and loved trying wild boar. Would hire again.

Chef Katie served an amazing meal for four as part of our Lewes Beach vacation. Communication was exceptional, and she made excellent recommendations to accommodate our gluten free menu needs. Upon arrival, she prepped and cooked an amazing meal. Everything was delicious but highlights were the truffle arancini, duck, and peanut butter pie. She left the kitchen spotless. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking again with her in the future.

Loved Chef Katie! The food was absolutely delicious. We were able to customize the meal to be gluten free. We had the lemon chicken and rice soup, mushroom risotto, and braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and string beans. We also ordered a leave behind breakfast frittata and charcuterie board. Chef Katie prepared, cooked, served, and cleaned up all in 2 hours. It was a great experience!

Chef Katie did an amazing job with our private dinner party for my wife’s 60th birthday. Everyone raved about chef Katie’s food, especially the soup and main entree. The dessert was also terrific and Katie did an excellent job with serving and timing each course. Our kitchen was also left very clean and we all had a great time. My wife said the party was perfect and it was a very memorable birthday!

So grateful for Chef Katie! I shared with her that I was looking for an all vegan menu with appetizers to fill, and she delivered! I highly recommend her spring rolls, zucchini fritters, and salads!
