Chef Eric was so fun! Great communication from start to finish. He was polite and respectful of our space, professional, courteous and made a heck of a meal!! The personalized menus were a wonderful touch. We even have enough leftover food to feed us another day or two! HIGHLY recommend Chef Eric!

We have been so happy with Chef Eric! He has been such a wonderful addition. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, and it is so nice to start the week knowing we have delicious meals ready to go. This past Monday, we had friends over for dinner, and before he left, Eric made homemade pizza for all of us as an extra bonus. It was such a thoughtful surprise and everyone loved it! He has even started preparing homemade food for our dog, which has been incredibly helpful and is one less thing I have to worry about each week. Beyond the food, Eric is just a pleasure to have in our home. He is friendly, respectful, kind, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. We really enjoy having him here and genuinely look forward to Mondays now. We are very happy we found Chef Eric and would absolutely recommend him!

Chef Eric is the best! I am dreaming about the meal he made for us last night. He accommodated 4 celiacs out of a party of 17 women - it was delicious! He made chopped salad with homemade vinaigrette, caprese kebabs, 3 different kinds of pizza, then mini cheesecake and chocolate covered strawberries to finish. Everything was excellent. Eric is a true professional, everything came out according to schedule. Added bonus is that he also was a lot of fun! I cannot recommend him enough.

We had such a wonderful experience with Chef Eric! We originally hired him to prepare meals for my husband, and me, along with cooking us one special dinner. He went above and beyond what we expected! Chef Eric prepared an incredible amount of delicious food and made us a fantastic dinner of lamb and filet. He even came back the following day to finish everything—not because he was required to, but because he genuinely wanted to make sure the job was done right and that we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the extra time and care he put into everything. Beyond the food, Chef Eric was kind, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He cleaned up after everything, did all of the dishes, took out the trash, and left the kitchen looking great. We were extremely happy with his service and are already looking forward to having him back. I would absolutely recommend Chef Eric to anyone looking for a talented chef who truly cares about the quality of his food and his clients!

Chef Eric Parker did an incredible job preparing dinner for our group of 40 using only our community grill. The Latin-inspired menu was outstanding—from the refreshing watermelon and queso fresco salad to the flavorful citrus-marinated grilled chicken with mango-avocado salsa and perfectly cooked picanha with chimichurri. Everything was beautifully prepared, perfectly timed, and restaurant quality. Chef Eric’s talent, professionalism, and attention to detail made for an unforgettable evening. I highly recommend him for any private dinner or special event!

Chef Eric saved the day and was able to easily do his job even if the AC wasn't at full capacity. His cheesecake really was the best I've ever had!
