About Chef Brandy

Chef Brandy has a life long love of food and family. She began her training with her local high school vocational program under Edward Mulligan. Catering events for then Govonor Gene Shaheen. As well as running the school cafe, catering for the local pre-school, while being scouted by many culinary universities. Soon after this enriching experience, Chef Brandy found herself sidetracked by making gourmet meals for her loved ones and raising her family. While building up her priceless skills, she jumped back into the industry in 2020 during the pandemic. During this time, she delivered her made from scratch meals throughout the community. Through curated menus, she was able to meet a variety of dietary needs. Chef then took her passions with her to the restaurant scene once again, where she helped open The Pineapple Cafe at the York Beach Surf Club. Where she lead the food and beverage program until the season ended. While she valued her time in the restaurant industry, her work has now evolved into a personalized fine dinning experiences. Chef specializes in a considerable variety of cuisines, and loves to make everything with as much local ingredience as possible. Although Chef is known for many of her culinary talents, her $1.4 million dollar tacos help gain investors for the Hotels future food and beverage program. For the past few years Chef Brandy and waitstaff have provided many excellent fine dining experiences for guests that have traveled to New England. We pay close attention to every detail, making the event run smooth and effortless. Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, Birthdays, passed appetizers for your NYE cocktail party, Chef will make your night memorable.

Brandy was amazing! She went above and beyond for our group of 14 girls on a bachelorette trip! The food was absolutely delicious and she was a pleasure to work with! Would absolutely book her again!

Menu: Cozy Maine Brunch

Brandy was fantastic. She cooked brunch for 16 at our lakeside house, and everyone raved about the food, especially the hollandaise. She and Haley were a great team, amazingly organized, efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I truly was able to enjoy hosting a party because Chef Brandy and her team did all the work for me! Flavorful bites and generous portions of appetizers and cocktails made all guests leaving satisfied. Already trying to find another occasion to book.

My husband and I were doing a wedding dinner for our Maine side of the family and everyone was extremely impressed with the delicious and presentation. Chef Brandy is masterful at her craft and we got to experience the absolute best meal. Her French onion soup was to die for!! The scallops, mashed potatoes and Irma’s were insane! She cooks everything from scratch and you can definitely taste the difference. Our guests definitely pan to hire her as well.
