About Chef Jenny

While completing my High Honors Associate's Degrees in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts in Las Vegas, I competed in Collegiate Culinary Teams and individually under the ACF (American Culinary Federation) holding the position of Captain, winning several awards and medals. I traveled to Germany for the Culinary Olympics as an apprentice for a Chef who won several medals in several divisions. During my final year in College, I opened TAO at the Venetian Hotel and Casino and later became a Pastry Chef. I was then employed with the Pastry Department at China Grill in the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. I finished out my Restaurant experience at SW Steakhouse at the Wynn Hotel and Casino. In 2007, I became a Personal Chef/Traveling Chef with my clients ranging from Hotel and Casino Owners, Doctors, Lawyers, Celebrities and Independent Professionals. My clients and their families have always been kept private and will always remain as such. With my services, you can expect the highest level of professionalism and trust. As I began my dream of becoming a Chef I found it very important to be trained in the Culinary and Pastry Arts as to better serve my clients in every aspect of food preparation. I am proficient in many cuisines including but not limited to; American, Italian, Indian, Asian, German, Mediterranean, Greek, Mexican, South American, Hawaiian, and many more including knowledge in most specialty diets and food allergies. I take great pride in advancing my knowledge in anything that my clients request.
