Chef Danny did an amazing job preparing our meal for 10, celebrating the engagement of our son and his fiance. The food was amazing, I'm kicking myself for not photographing every course, but I was caught up in the moment. He's super easy to work with, provided great communication, was flexibile in adjusting the timeline as needed for some late arriving guests. He contributed to making this a wonderful family event. I would hire again is a second! Thank you so much.

Great food and presentation

I recently hired private chef Danny and server Israel to host a birthday dinner for my birthday. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very start, Danny was exceptionally responsive and collaborative. He crafted a menu that was thoughtfully tailored to my guests — a beautiful Asian-inspired cuisine with a Western twist that felt both elegant and personal. When I needed a few adjustments during the planning process, he handled every request with grace and offered creative suggestions that perfectly met my needs. On the evening of the event, he elevated the entire experience by personally introducing each course to my guests — a wonderful touch that everyone absolutely loved and talked about throughout the night. Israel brought a level of professionalism and warmth that made the evening feel seamlessly special. His tableside manner was attentive and timely without ever feeling intrusive, striking exactly the right balance between excellent service and allowing guests to enjoy the moment. And as a wonderful bonus, the kitchen was left completely spotless at the end of the evening — a detail that truly sets them apart. Together, Danny and Israel delivered an unforgettable dining experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to host an exceptional private event.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a private dinner prepared by Chef Danny, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. He created a beautifully crafted 4-course menu that showcased fresh ingredients, expert technique, and incredible flavor. We began with bruschetta layered with ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze on warm homemade focaccia — the perfect balance of freshness and richness. Next came pillowy homemade ravioli filled with ricotta and Italian sausage, served in a vibrant marinara sauce that tasted like it came straight from an Italian countryside kitchen. The third course, a decadent lobster risotto, was creamy, luxurious, and perfectly cooked, with each bite brimming with flavor. For dessert, Chef Danny’s panna cotta was silky, light, and subtly sweet — a perfect finale to the evening. Not only was the food outstanding, but Chef Danny handled every detail with professionalism, warmth, and care. The full cleanup afterwards was also a luxury, allowing us to simply relax and savor the evening. We can’t recommend Chef Danny highly enough for anyone looking to elevate a special occasion with an extraordinary dining experience.
