Chef Billy treated these food snobs to a culinary experience. The gourmet meal was well thought out and professionally done. We were very pleased with the entire product (food, service and the luxury of our own home). Job well done!!!

We had a work retreat where we rented a huge house for a couple days and had Chef Billy come prepare our opening night feast for us. Most went with the surf and turf which was fabulous!! We started with appetizers that were a-maz-ing, followed by a salad and finished up with eclairs for desert!! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Chef and his helper were professional, prompt, and had everything covered and on time. They were so pleasant to chat with and saw to our every detail. Probably the most repeated comment from EVERYONE was how much the enjoyed spending the first night at the house, visiting with each other, and enjoying someone to come in and cook for us. That is their first choice for next year!! Accolades to Chef Billy for a wonderful meal.

Billy exceeded our expectations! He prepared us a delicious dinner, evidently cared deeply about our experience and cooked and cleaned up very efficiently. We enjoyed chatting with him throughout the night, but he also seamlessly let us chat amongst ourselves. He has a clear passion for good food, and we truly loved every dish. He was easy and friendly to coordinate with, and went out of his way to make the experience a fun one for us! We would gladly dine with him again!

Chef Billy did an incredible job for our dinner. He accommodated an additional request and all the food was so good. Some of the best we have had. His passion and the history of his roots in cooking from his grandmothers influence to his whole family truly show he has made the right career choice. We would highly recommend him for any special occasion or family dinner.
