Chef Cori was an absolute delight. She served up a beautiful and delicious meal for 10 people. Every attention was paid to the smallest details. She was incredibly helpful and flexible as our plans changed leading up to the date of the dinner. I would absolutely recommend Chef Cori to anyone looking to cater an in home dinner or event!

Chef Cori made us feel super special with her beautifully presented 3-course meal in our Garden District airbnb. The fried green tomatoes were cooked perfectly and she gave us tips for how to recreate the recipe at home. We all especially enjoyed the salmon dip. For the entrée, we did 3 Cornish game hens with collards and 3 servings of jambalaya, then shared so everyone could taste. The evening concluded with delicious bananas foster and Chef Cori and her assistant completely cleaning the kitchen. It looked like she'd never even been in there! Very impressed. Would recommend!
