The chefs showed up right on time, were friendly, prepared an amazing meal for our guests, and cleaned everything up including our dishes. 10/10 would hire this team again!

Josh and Lewis were pretty unbelievable. From the first conversation I knew we found perfect match for our event . I had a lot going on with my sons engagement party and upcoming surgery after Thanksgiving. They completely out did themselves . The food was delicious , presentation impeccable and best of all I really enjoyed Thanksgiving’s and got to mingle with my future sons in-laws. I can’t wait to hire them for my next event .

Josh was amazing! He was responsive to my request and easily executed a surprise birthday dinner. He let us ask a million and one questions during the preparation and the food was delicious. The night was a wonderful experience!

Chef Josh was incredible from start to finish! The food was so incredible, he was flexible when I added two additional guests at the last minute, and made it happen. This was a special occasion, and he made it as amazing as it could possibly be! We cannot wait to hire him again! Highly highly recommend! I’m sorry I didn’t take more photos, but we were too busy enjoying everything!

Josh was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He responded quickly to my request with an amazing selection of optional menus and worked with me to design one that reflected the special event, budget and was perfect for my guests. He was sure to check in with me before the event to talk about the timing of each course. He arrived with his team on time and with all fresh ingredients. Nothing was prepared ahead of time, but was prepared fresh in our kitchen. We even got some advance tastings along the way. His attention to display details and artistry was amazing. The food was delicious and perfectly timed to meet our schedule. He was gracious and well dressed and greeted our guests at the start of each course to describe what we were eating. Josh and Steve served, cleaned and refilled without notice. When he announced that they were leaving, I walked into a clean kitchen and a dishwasher that was running. I will absolutely have him back again and highly recommend Josh for any occasion. I have a feeling he is going to be a pretty busy guy in the future!
