I am a seasoned private chef with a love for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
With a diverse repertoire specializing in Mediterranean, American, Caribbean, Mexican, Latin American, Spanish, French, New American, Fusion and Continental cuisines, I bring a unique blend of flavors and techniques to the table.
My favorite creations often feature sustainable game meats, showcasing my commitment to both innovation and sustainability.
I honed my skills at Johnson and Wales before gaining valuable experience in notable establishments such as Jean Georges, Le Bec Fin. Bensi, Mexican Radio, Amore Italiano, Mesa Grill and Big Sky.
I’ve won over 40 cooking competitions and earned regional and national awards including 2 James Beard nominations.
