About Chef Samuel

Husband to a bomb-shell of a wife, father to two daughters who are as beautiful as they are sassy. Certified Research Chef (CRC), with over 18 years of combined experience in hospitality and food manufacturing. Classically trained. Favorite things to cook are anything with figs, goat cheese, olives, fennel and lamb. Specialty is Mediterrenean Cuisine, but can play on other genres as well.

Menu: A Few Of My Favorite Things (ORC-157612)

Chef Sam served up an absolutely delicious dining experience for us. He had a beautiful charcuterie board prepared as soon as he arrived. When he started cooking, the house smelled delicious. We had the bacon skewers as appetizers and the flavors were amazing. For our main dishes we chose steak and salmon. His plating was wonderful and his explanation of the flavors and dishes was very knowledgeable. We finished with tiramisu which was such a hit. By the time he was done and cleaned up, there was no sign that he was ever there. 10/10 experience! He was a great addition to our bachelorette weekend!
