About Chef Jasmine

Chef Jasmine first started her culinary journey as a chef at Sunset Hill country club in Edwardsville, Illinois. Where she was able to learn the different areas of the kitchen and find her niche. This experience made her edger to learn more and find her place in the culinary world. Jasmine went on to further her education and attend L'e Cole culinarie in St. Louis, Missouri where she obtained a culinary degree and graduated at the top of her class Soon after culinary school Jasmine went on to work in different areas such as casinos, private golf course, VIP lounges, school lunch program, sous chef, line cook, and to having her own catering business' for over 20 years where she prepare and cater for private events. I would say that not only is Chef Jasmine comfortable in any kitchen setting I would say that its her happy place. Chef Jasmine believe that every dish she prepares is a reflection of her talent and professionalism. In 2021 Chef Jasmine published her very first cook book titled "At Home Cooking With Mommy and Jakhi" this book is full of some of Jasmine's and her family favorite dishes to prepare and enjoy together. Currently Chef Jasmine is studying Dietetics nutrition at a local University in St. Louis MO where she plan to graduate in an effort to help educate others to implement inviting healthy cooking with a flare.

Menu: Lets Do Brunch

We recently hired Chef Jasmine to cater a baby shower brunch with about 40 people, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She had great communication leading up to the event. She was on time and very professional. Most importantly everyone was raving about her food. I would definitely hire her again for future events!
