Hello there! My name is Kayte. I have been cooking professionally in restaurants and hotels for over 15 years. In 2021, I moved from Connecticut to Boston. Since then, I've been working in a high-end catering company prior to joining Food Fire + Knives. I deliver personal chef experiences in the greater boston area that are inspired by local seasonal ingredients.

Kayte was amazing ! She was very professional, kind and fun. She helped me host my mother and brother’s birthday - 6 adults and two wild kids- and it was so special. Cooking, serving, plating, clearing and cleaning ! She did it all. Everything was so delicious. The penne alla vodka was a favorite. We were saying she should jar and sell it ! Fried burrata was a perfect stat! Chicken parm, eggplant parm and chicken Marsala was A M A Z I N G. Ending our night with a chocolate torte cake, perfection. We would hire her again for sure !! And hope to !

Amazing! What can I say? Chef Kayte was on time and cooked one of the most delicious 4 course menus we’ve ever had. The chowder was succulent and flavorful. The cod cooked perfectly. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend!

Chef Kayte and our Server Z are the ultimate professionals. This was the first experience using a private chef and all 9 of us were beyond impressed. Communication was prompt and clear and they arrived on time to set up and start cooking and were incredibly pleasant to talk with as they prepared our meal. Every single course was exceptional!! Pairing the scallops with the rhubarb was phenomenal and everyone’s choice of meat was done according to their preference. The strawberry maple glazed shortcake was hands down the best dessert and one we will be talking about for some time.
Thank you, Kayte for making us a meal that will be one of the highlights of our family’s time together!!
