Aimee was absolutely amazing! We had the most wonderful Mother’s Day relaxing around the table with our families for a couple of hours while she cooked and served us an incredible meal from start to finish. She began with delicious appetizers, including the best deviled eggs and a beautiful charcuterie spread featuring her homemade peach preserves paired with fresh toasted baguettes and brie. Then came a grilled romaine salad with her homemade Roquefort dressing, followed by a perfectly cooked beef tenderloin with peppercorn sauce that was absolutely outstanding, alongside broccolini and twice-baked potatoes. She finished the evening with a delicious apple and blueberry crumble that everyone loved. Not only was the food exceptional, but Aimee was professional, fun, pleasant, and made the entire experience feel effortless and special. She cleaned everything up afterward, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time together. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the day — so much so that I think this may become a new family tradition!

Chef Aimee was the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. She communicated clearly before the date and made wonderful suggestions for the menu. The evening was superb and we will certainly hire her again!

My wife and I had never used a private chef before, and we decided to try it out for our Wedding Dinner. Chef Aimee was professional, responded quickly to questions, and went above and beyond in the cooking/cleanup process on our special day. We selected the Chicken Piccata and the Beef Skewers, both of which were delicious and exceeded our expectations. We even had comments from our family that it was the best wedding meal they've had. We cannot recommend Aimee (and her assistant) enough and would definitely use her again.
