Jamaican warmth on a chilly, fall evening. Chef Sophia and her sous chef, June were outstanding!! Great communication, fantastic food and beautifully presented. It was a joy to have them in my kitchen and I was blown away, when, after dessert, I walked into the kitchen and it was immaculate! Pots, pans washed, dishwasher loaded, stove cleaned WOW. The layers of flavors made the soup course an exquisite taste sensation and the bread pudding, was so deliciously decadent! Every course was plated thoughtfully and beautifully and my guests and I had a wonderful time chatting with Chef. Outstanding and highly recommended. Thank You!
