Chef Keenan created a beautiful evening for our guests and us! Food was fantastic, he was engaging with everyone. It was a successful evening and he was a big part of it!

Keenan was great, we all enjoyed our interaction with him. The food was just what we ordered and he highlighted our local fruit, cherries in several ways. Very creative!

Chef Keenan was great! We did surf and turf for a large bachelor party and he came prepared, made excellent food and cleaned up after. The food was 10/10 and the peach cobbler was to die for. Highly recommend Chef Keenan!

Chef Keenan designed a unique set of courses that were unlike anything we could have ordered in any area restaurant, and they were superb in quality and flavor. We enjoyed him, and everything about the experience. Highly recommend!

Fueling A Pro Racing Team We are Chicago Performance and Tuning Co., a professional racing team in GT World Challenge America racing a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 all of the United States. We have a crew of almost 20 people that need feeding 3 meals a day for almost a week several times a year. The paddocks always change, the setups are different, the conditions are variable, and the crew sometimes changes as well. Despite that, FFK & Chef Keenan always deliver above and beyond our expectations. From handling on the fly schedule changes that move meals times day of, to accommodating any and all diet and allergy restrictions for the crew. They do this by learning us as a customer and ingratiating themselves in our needs. They truly feel a part of our team when they're on site, and deliver healthy, filling, and delicious food for every meal. On top of that, our racing drivers are pro athletes, and despite the lack of a full scale kitchen, Chef Keenan has been able to meet their nutrition plans with diverse, lean, and nutrient dense foods and shakes throughout the race weekends. We used to travel outside of the track for dinners or catering options, and since swapping to FFK we'd NEVER go back to that. They have been a game changer, a time saver, and a critical cornerstone to our racing weekends. The car uses race gas to go, we use FFK to fuel our team!

Keenan did an amazing job with every aspect of our experience. He was social, fun, engaging, professional and best of all ...the food was incredible! Especially the pasta dish! Thank you for making our event a success and an overall fun evening.

Chef Keenan is a ROCKSTAR. From menu planning, to prep, cooking, presentation and clean up I was in awe. Nearly everyone in our 36 person party was going back for seconds and some thirds. I even had a guest break a plate and before I could stand up he was already there sweeping up. He turned to me and said "If you stay ready, you never have to get ready". This was just the cherry on top of an already amazing night. Thank you Chef!

Chef Keenan provided a delightfully pleasant and effortless evening for our friends Christmas dinner. The flavors and presentation were outstanding. We loved the explanations for each course, describing the ingredients and inspiration behind each one. I cannot imagine having another party without enlisting Chef Keenan’s help!
