About Chef Benjamin
With over 14 years of culinary experience, I have had the privilege of honing my skills and expanding my knowledge while working abroad in a variety of settings. From Swiss chalets to yachts in the Caribbean and wineries in New Zealand, I have immersed myself in a wide array of cuisines and cooking techniques. These diverse experiences have shaped my approach to cooking, allowing me to blend flavors and techniques from different cultures.
Currently, my focus is on farm-to-table cuisine, which is deeply inspired by the growing garden I tend to at home. I curate seasonal menus for my clients, drawing upon the fresh, organic ingredients I harvest from my garden on the day of their event. This farm-to-table approach not only ensures the utmost freshness but also allows me to create dishes that are a direct reflection of the land I cultivate.

Menu: SoCal Mediterranean Feast
We hired Chef Ben for our daughter’s 60th birthday dinner and he did not disappoint! He communicated promptly, answering all my questions and accommodating food preferences and allergies for our party of 15. The Mediterranean appetizers, salad and entrees were delicious and enjoyed by everyone! He and his assistant were efficient and left the kitchen sparkling clean. We highly recommended him as your private chef!

We also had Chef Benjamin prepare breakfast for us. While the food itself was delicious and he was just as kind and calm as during dinner, breakfast ended up being served about 30 minutes late. Unfortunately, that timing left us rushed since our shuttle was scheduled to leave just 30 minutes after we received our food. Despite the delay, we appreciated his effort, the flavors were excellent, and he maintained a very composed and professional presence even while working solo in the kitchen.

We had Chef Benjamin for one of our dinners, and it was a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. He has such a kind demeanor and a very calm presence in the kitchen, which made the evening feel smooth and relaxing. Even though he worked entirely on his own without staff, everything was handled with care and professionalism. It was a memorable dinner, and we truly appreciated his talent and hospitality.

Absolutely delightful experience. Beginning to end. Chef Ben came prepared, lots of work done ahead of time. Good materials and better skills! The potato dauphinoise showcased his skills and attention to detail.
