Chef Amy

Amy did a great job from start to finish. The eggroll jalapeno poppers got eaten up the moment she put them out ! The bacon deviled eggs delicious! Steak and potatoes were equally good. The salad fresh with homemade ranch dressing. The key lime pie perfect amount of sweetness. She is easy to talk to and professional. Oh also the bourbon fizz thing everyone loved how those tasted and it was a fun thing to do on our porch. I highly recommend Amy to cook for you !

I had Chef Amy perform a private multi course meal for a special Anniversary dinner. The meal, presentation, and process was fantastic. Chef Amy was maintained great communication throughout the process. Her menu was diverse, extensive, and delicious. I was very impressed with her seafood offerings and portion sizes. Will absolutely book Chef Amy again.
