Chef Niomi

Niomi provided the most memorable birthday dinner for me and friends. From the beginning to the very end she was so professional and accommodating. Each dish presented was delicious and also beautiful. Would absolutely use her for another special event!

Chef Niomi and the whole evening were amazing! She was very flexible in advance on the menu. She was great in communication on arrivals and what we needed to do in preparation (very little, except a clean kitchen). and WOW ... The food... Why go to a restaurant?? Just have Chef Niomi! We loved every bite. The whole experience could not have been better!

Chef Niomi! She is definetly hearing back from us soon. The entire course meal was amazing from start to finish, very friendly (even with my very large dogs) she gave us such a great meal and experience.

Our in home chef experience was incredible. Niomi was easy to communicate with and she arrived promptly. We were celebrating my mom’s 88th birthday with another couple. The four of us could not have been more pleased. Our dinner was delicious and beautifully plated. She put extra touches to make it special. She made a sign for the table which included a Happy Birthday and a description of the menu. Her plates, silverware and linen napkins elevated the experience. She prepared an Amuse Bouche that was delicious. She provided warm bread, olive oil and butter. We choose tenderloin and sea bass. The meal was outstanding and perfectly cooked. Very generous portions. The sides were mouthwatering. Everything was so flavorful. She even made a tasty dessert for the birthday. To top it off Niomi cleaned up and carefully boxed our leftovers. You couldn’t even tell that anyone cooked. We all agreed that Niomi prepared one of the best meals we have ever had. What a treat! We loved meeting Niomi and her assistant. Can’t wait to plan our next dinner.

I hired Niomi Cazares as our Private Chef to prepare brunch for 15 ladies in celebration of a bachelorette party in Fredericksburg, TX this past weekend. She & her Sou Chef were very professional & engaging with our group of ladies. I highly recommend her for any occasion. I will definitely use her services in the future
