About Chef jo ann

I am a life long adventurer and explorer and beyond fortunate in my experiences in the restaurant world. Previous to settling down with my beau and dogs in Texas I traveled and cooked in London, Spain, Greece, Rome, NYC, San Diego and Hawaii. Raised in French Kitchens in New York and London, I ventured out to explore Barcelona in Carlos Camos's kitchen in Playa de Aro, Albert Roux at world renowned Le Gavoche, Sogo Ashai Japanese restaurant in Rome, Harry Cipriano in NYC, Guiliano Bugiali in Florence and lots of spots in between. I have been blessed to have worked with Jody Pennette of cb5 Hospitality group as a consultant which took me all over the country building tool boxes for Hotel and snd stand alone restaurants. I love working privately as my experience has taught me to listen and translate my experiences through food.

Jo was outstandingly professional. Communication was expedient and clear, good quality (we did a beef tenderloin and lobster entree) was cooked perfectly. We were also amazed at how thorough her clean-up was. She was friendly without being social (meaning she wasn't trying to work her way into the party at all, but was charming to speak with). Absolutely recommend.

Menu: THANKSGIVING

Chef Jo Ann is a delight to work with. Her food 🍱 was exceptional, delicious and beautifully presented. Steak- so tender, dumplings -absolutely yummy, all the flavors she employed in the courses all worked so well together. She cleaned up and left the kitchen better than it was upon arrival, Highly recommend her.
