Hi there! My name is Gabbie. I am NOLA grown and have been in the kitchen for 12+ years! I started out learning how to make eggs on the stove with my dad when I was just a little girl and it was all up form there! I have experience in various avenues including vending at festivals, catering parties, weddings and even working in the galley off shore! I am currently a Private Chef chef and working with some of our top talent to come out of New Orleans. I also work on video and movie sets providing the entire cast with delicious meals!
My goal for you is to provide an unforgettable dining experience whether you’re native or just visiting us for a while! I pride myself on fresh ingredients, presentation and above all, taste.
