I'm a Chef and Musician based in Phoenix AZ. I am quite used to traveling for work, long hours/late nights, intense conditions, and the grind it takes putting events together from start to finish. I've spent 18+ years of my life working almost every Back of House and Front of House position in restaurants, catering, and private events. I am proficient in most cuisines, with the most expertise in Greek Cuisine, and South Asian Cuisine being my least.
