My name is Alex,
I grew up in Bordeaux France, where I tasted the pleasure of cooking at a very young age with my grand-parents. Working in the hospitality industry gave me the opportunity to travel the world, while learning different cooking culture.
I had the privilege to leave and work in Germany, Denmark, Italy.
The US has been home for over 20 years. I have been in Florida for a few years, and enjoy very much working with local, exotic product, as well as cooking traditional European cuisine.
