Chef Davin
Hard working, honest and dedicated. I have around 30 years in the food industry. I've ran many large corporate dining locations, trained staff, Chefs and worked at some smaller restaurants as well. I run my own BBQ company where I do consulting, food manufacturing, catering, pop ups etc. I've fed the astronauts at Space Center Houston, and the president of Exxon Mobil as well. A large number of great other great people regardless of title. I've done consulting and menus for some local bars and grills. A pretty wide variety in the culinary world.
