Chef David
From a young age, I enjoyed cooking and spent many hours in the kitchen with my grandparents, who generously taught me their techniques. In high school, I took culinary classes and learned additional food preparation techniques. I then cooked at home for my family, which solidified my decision to pursue a career in cooking.
I attended culinary school, graduated with a degree, and my career quickly took off. As I honed my skills as a pastry chef, making fresh pastas and ice creams, I soon became an executive chef, working in boutique hotels and restaurants. For the past 30 years, I've been creating my own menus and recipes, infusing them with Asian and Indian flavors.
I moved to the USA 13 years ago and have always been passionate about fitness and nutritious food. I strive to reflect these values in my dishes, not only offering excellent flavors but also providing nourishment for both the mind and body.
