He has prepared meals for high profile clientele, from high tea and event catering for private estates in England, to farm to table specialty dinners in Michigan hosting RFK Jr., the U.S. Secretary of Health & Human Services. Chef Antonio sources prominent local suppliers for high quality, non-GMO/organic products and specialty items. Because he believes excellent food begins with excellent ingredients. Industry accolades include being recently honored as a 2026 James Beard Favorite Chef Finalist, finishing in the top 1% of 60,000 competing chefs.
