I've spent the last 25 years in the hospitality industry cooking my way through hotels, resorts, and restaurants of varying in sizes and styles.
I've cooked four course meals for over two thousand people and I've cooked intimate engagement dinners for two.
I love the creative process of developing menus to meet and exceed my guest's expectations.
