I have been working in the culinary industry for most of my life. When I was young, I found myself in kitchens, behind the bar, serving and just about every other position in a restaurant! Turns out, restaurants are where I wanted to be. Well, now this is the next step in my career! I returned to the beach after being in the DC area for a few years. I wanted to focus on providing quality meals to a small group of guests that I could interact with and work in conjunction with to put together an awesome meal and a memorable experience in the comfort of your own home!
