I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience. I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu and furthered my education at the Culinary Institute of America. After spending the first 10 years of my career exclusively in restaurants, I became a private chef with the goal of providing a more personalized experience to my clientele. I've spent much of the past decade working as a traveling private chef for professional athletes, touring musicians and other public figures, in addition to doing large scale catering and private parties. My goal for every meal I cook is to synthesize my skills and life experience with the people I'm cooking for to provide a truly personalized experience. I'm well versed in most culinary styles and am more than happy to accommodate any allergies & dietary restrictions.
