I am a culinary maverick, food is my passion. Honed my skills in Seattle when it was a foodie haven, solid background in catering and gourmet, I love to tinker with new skills and discover new foods. Making my guests happy is my top priority, it has be perfect and taste fantastic. Moved to Texas in 2021 and fell in love. I love to cook fresh and local whenever possible, and I am super creative.
