From Michelin rated restaurants to corporate dining, Chef Chance Smith has seen and experienced every role the culinary world has to offer. Rising from a dish-washer through the ranks as a Chef and, eventually, a Culinary Executive in contract dining services, there is rarely a task or job that Chance hasn’t experienced; that is until Covid-19 gave him a fresh perspective. Following halted travel and seeing the world face a new set of needs, a dream started- providing Private Chef Services in host's homes.
Chance was raised in Texas where a deep love of food was formed in the kitchens of family members. "Food is what brought people together, comforted each-other in hard times, and celebrated the best of times." says Chef Chance. The influences of a family heritage of German and Scottish descent, married with the rustic and southwestern flavors of West Texas paved the way for a lifelong search for exciting and meaningful flavors.
Chef Chance now resides in Nashville with his wife and four sons, all of whom are enthralled with the culture and ambiance that Music City has to offer. A true melting pot, Nashville has proven to add even more flavors and cultures to his toolbox.
