Hi, I'm Kurteesa or Kurtie. I've been in the culinary industry "officially" since 2007. I'm currently a Food service director in the K12 schools sector. I love to roast green coffee in my spare time when I'm not working or with family. I'm originally from California, so my customer knowledge is pretty diverse, like Cali! I'm currently living in New Orleans, which has given me a whole new addition of new cuisines.
