Chef John
French Culinary Institute grad 2009. Forbes 30 under 30 honoree. Eater Young Gun semi finalist.
I started out working in the fine dining scene in Nashville up until 2012 when I came on board to Hattie B's Hot Chicken to curate the menu. I worked with Hattie B's until the pandemic. Post pandemic I stepped back into the fine dining scene running the 404 Kitchen. Me and my wife decided to step away from The 404 kitchen and start up our own private chef company which we currently do day to day.
