My journey began as a young chef in Europe, driven by an uncompromising passion for culinary excellence — a passion that quickly elevated me to executive chef roles and ultimately brought me to the heart of the American fine dining scene.
In the United States, I honed my craft in some of the DMV area’s most prestigious establishments, including the Park Hyatt Washington and The Ritz-Carlton. During this time, I had the privilege of creating exquisite experiences for diplomats, celebrities, and world-class executives — each menu tailored, every detail curated.
Today, I offer a singular experience: Modern American Fusion cuisine crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, infused with French precision, Asian elegance, and American soul.
Every dish reflects not only technique but storytelling — a private culinary journey inspired by my international heritage and refined through years of elite service.
