Thirty six years of experience as a well as a professional career in snowboarding. Using locally sourced organic and non gmo ingredients. Culinary graduate of the New England Culinary Institute. Was executive Chef at several country clubs, a casino hotel and stand alone properties. Well traveled with over 20 countries visited plus I lived in Japan for over 3 years.
