I’m a professional chef with over 20 years of experience, deeply rooted in my Portuguese heritage. French cuisine is my favorite, and I love blending Portuguese and French influences to create a unique culinary experience.
A 2009 culinary graduate from Chicago, I’ve worked in high-end kitchens, including James Beard-recognized restaurants, and served as a private executive chef for MIT fraternity and sorority houses. My cooking is all about bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, comfort, and creating a genuine connection through food.
