Chef Kat
My name is Kat and I have been working in the culinary industry for 15 years, but my passion for food started when I was a kid, baking desserts for family functions. I have been taught by my mother and grandmothers to always add an extra, special ingredient to food that isn't taught in school or work: LOVE. I am very passionate about locally sourced, scratch-made food and simple, but well executed food. With my partner, we have chickens and a micro-farm that we utilize in our every day lives and sell at local farmer's markets. I can't wait to share my cooking with you!
