Chef Dea
My name is Dea Parks, and I specialize in Caribbean & American Soul Food. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. I've worked in various restaurants, both front of the house and back of the house, and in 2019 I decided to take my culinary career seriously with one goal in mind: to provide diverse, flavorful food to events and families all across the metro Detroit area. To broaden my knowledge and perfect my craft, I decided to enroll in culinary school, and will be graduating this fall!
