Chef Rey
Chef Rey is a man of experience. He has over 20 years in the Culinary business at age 31 being a 3rd generation chef. He started Working in family restaurants and wedding venues learning the ins and outs of how to best service the clients every need. He spent years working in small mom and pop restaurants always striving to learn a new style and culture of food . By the age of 21 he was Working in some of Central Florida's Largest and most high end hotels working under and learning from Michelin star chefs, cooking for celebrities, dignitaries and even a US president.
During Covid he started working as a private chef and has taken the If you want it i can make it happen approach to culinary leading to working with members from The Mets , Orlando Magic, WWE, Tampa Bay Rays, Buccaneers and the Yankees to name a few .
His philosophy of "if you want it i can make it happen" is ingrained in the lessons he learned as a kid and is in every dish he makes for you and your loved ones . The most important things in life are Food, Friends and Family . Let him take care of the food so you can spend time with the thing that really matter .
