Born and raised in the Hudson valley New York, Jonathan attended the Culinary Institute of America. While in his career working along well known chefs and some Chopped champions, he developed his skills and love for food and flavors. Now living in the Coachella valley, Chef Jonathan uses what he learned and continues to learn and use in his dishes for his guests to enjoy.
