Chef Dillon. From the small town of Hampstead, NC. Growing up, food was a passion allowing myself to make the kitchen my home since the age of fifteen. Considered to be a culinary magician because I can make just about anything happen in the kitchen. With only a few limitations to the range of my skills, I am able to exceed both classical and modern food expectations, If you are looking to have a healthy experience or to treat someone special to fine dining, I can accommodate. I love to create my food with not only a show but with a story and it always begins in flavor town where the art of plating is the beginning. Get ready for the journey and dive into this experience with me!
