After retiring from military service, he transitioned into the culinary world by attending Johnson & Wales University and working at some of the best restaurants in Boston, Philadelphia, San Diego and Virginia Beach. With a deep understanding of the importance of health and nutrition, Chef Oscar specializes in creating innovative, delicious meals tailored for individuals with specific health issues.
