Owned my own restaurant, Marsibilio's in Wisconsin for 12 years. It was a farm to table style restaurant. We sourced 50% of our products from within 50 miles of the restaurant and even had a 1 acre restaurant garden where we grew some of our more heirloom produce. I have been a private chef here in Florida for the past 10 years. i still love to focus on local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible
