Chef Niomi embraces an inclusive, globally inspired approach to cooking, whether a client is seeking something elegant and refined, light and health-conscious, vegetarian or vegan, gluten-free, boldly flavored, or designed for a large buffet-style gathering. For her, the joy is in the variety, creativity, and challenge each experience brings.
With over 25 years in Houston’s restaurant industry, she has worked across a wide range of cuisines and alongside many talented chefs who helped shape her style and perspective in the kitchen.
Beyond cooking, Niomi is deeply passionate about plants, animals, and thoughtful hospitality. She believes in kindness, respect, and minimizing waste whenever possible. Because even carrot tops deserve a second life (especially when they make an incredible chimichurri).
